About the role:
As a Recruitment Senior Officer to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, with a strong emphasis on internship and early talent programs. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition strategies, build relationships with universities, and ensure a smooth and impactful hiring experience for interns and junior talent. This is a key position within the HR team, ideal for someone passionate about shaping the future workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, with a focus on interns, fresh graduates, and junior roles
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Design and manage campus recruitment programs, including university partnerships, career fairs, and virtual events
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers through the selection process
- Enhance employer branding initiatives targeting early talent
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 34 years of experience in recruitment and managing internship or graduate hiring programs
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work under tight timelines
