About the role:

As a Recruitment Senior Officer to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, with a strong emphasis on internship and early talent programs. In this role, you will drive talent acquisition strategies, build relationships with universities, and ensure a smooth and impactful hiring experience for interns and junior talent. This is a key position within the HR team, ideal for someone passionate about shaping the future workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, with a focus on interns, fresh graduates, and junior roles
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Design and manage campus recruitment programs, including university partnerships, career fairs, and virtual events
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers through the selection process
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives targeting early talent
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 34 years of experience in recruitment and managing internship or graduate hiring programs
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work under tight timelines
  • Passionate about talent development and youth engagement
