Accountabilities & Responsibilities: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT . Implements identified efforts in bringing in new business opportunities. . Prepares and completes the necessary documents needed to close the service deal/s such as Service Contract Agreement. . Attends to inquiries regarding terms and conditions of Service Contract Agreement. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT . Attends to all searches assigned (officer to executive level). . Secures all necessary details / documents about the vacancy (as to job description, budget, benefits, table of organization). . Maintains a list of vacancies of all assigned clients, especially where he/she is identified as a point-of-contact. . Uploads all vacancies handled to ATS. . Conducts appropriate sourcing strategies to support the closing of the requirement. . Forwards the profiles of qualified candidates to clients, with all necessary details. . Coordinates interview schedules for all short-listed candidates. . Follows-through with the client regarding the status of the candidates and their requirements. CANDIDATE RELATIONS MANAGEMENT . Conducts phone / virtual / face-to-face interviews with the candidates and documents the profile of the candidate. . Performs targeted selection assessment method/s for certain accounts. . Sets the right expectations with/among the candidate/s to manage their interests in exploring options for employment. . Ensures proper processing of candidates. . Maintains the highest level of service quality to ensure they are kept warm during the recruitment stages with the client. DATABANK ADMINISTRATION . Updates resume and data of candidates as the need arises. . Saves files of newly-sourced resumes and labels them accordingly on the databank. . Uploads newly-sourced profiles to the ATS. SOURCING AND NETWORKING . Matches the required candidate specs with the pool in ATS and the databank. If needed, conducts sourcing / headhunting from preferred companies . Attends seminars, symposia & conventions in connection to the industries he/she is assigned to handle to broaden the incumbent's network and pool of talents. . Performs market mapping and research to keep track of prospective candidates. CLOSING . Ensures successful closure of the recruitment process with clients. . Participates in salary/compensation package negotiation with the client. . Follows-through with the candidate until the first day of work to ensure endorsement is successful. 1. REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION . Updates the reporting documents periodically and/or when a new client requirement arises. . Updates all candidate and vacancy progress in ATS. . Records closed deals in CRM. . Updates client and contact list in ATS and CRM. . Maintains own records of interviews for proper referencing in the future. Skills and Experience Required: . Experience/knowledge on end to end recruitment process . At least 3 years experience in Recruitment . Working in client side is an advantage . Experience in any of the following industries/sectors is an advantage: Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Hospitality, Real Estate, Banking, Finance, and Insurance. . Experience in handling/doing accounts management . Experience in business development . Familiarity on the industries to handle and the positions/fields . Interviewing skills . Conducting TS assessment as required by some clients . Excellent communication skills . Sourcing/head hunting skills
