We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology) with a strong background in the sector. With ambitious growth plans, this role will be highly hands-on across full-cycle tech recruitment and 360 desk responsibilities -including business development and client management -while taking ownership of delivery for Manila-based searches and partnering closely with the Manila team and Sydney leadership.
Job Description
- Collaborate with business managers and stakeholders to identify technical talent needs.
- Conduct end-to-end 360 recruitment, including business development,candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on hiring requirements.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and oversee the selection process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to anticipate hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years recruitment agency experience, including 2+ years recruiting for technology roles.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to connect with and establish bonds with hiring decision-makers and candidates.
- Effective time and project management abilities.
- An autonomous thinker with the capacity to function both individually and collaboratively.
