Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a highly execution-focused
Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end hiring for revenue-critical and operational roles supporting U.S. business.
This is a
hands-on recruiting role, not an HR generalist position. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent while partnering closely with U.S.-based leaders.
Success in this role is measured by
speed, quality of hire, and retention not activity metrics or resumes sent.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust recruiting pipelines for SDRs, Customer Service Representatives (24/7 operations), Integration Specialists, Customer Success roles, AI Operators, and AI Workflow Specialists.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from job scoping and sourcing strategy to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate closing.
- Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Partner closely with U.S.-based hiring managers to define role requirements, performance expectations, and hiring timelines.
- Manage interview logistics across U.S. and Philippines time zones to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Track pipeline activity, maintain accurate reporting, and monitor key hiring metrics.
- Drive improvements in time-to-fill while maintaining high hiring standards and candidate quality.
- Support hiring for night-shift roles with flexibility to conduct interviews during Philippine daytime hours as needed.
- Develop and refine recruiting playbooks, screening frameworks, and structured interview processes.
- Ensure a strong, professional, and brand-aligned candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience primarily supporting U.S.-based companies
- Proven track record hiring for operational, sales, and technical-adjacent roles
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working night shift or overlapping U.S. business hours
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organization, follow-through, and ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- In-house recruiting experience
- Experience hiring SDRs, customer service, or technical operations roles
- Familiarity with ATS systems and structured recruiting pipelines
- Experience supporting fast-growing or scaling organizations

- Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 Php
- Work Set up: Onsite at Chino Roces Ave, Legazpi Village, Makati City, Metro Manila
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; Night shift (U.S. Arizona time; typically 9:00 PM 6:00 PM MNL Time) with occasional Philippine daytime interviews.
