Senior Recruiter (40K | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite | Day Shift (6:30 AM3:30 PM PH time) | MondayFriday

You own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for an international client specializing in technical sectors like Manufacturing and Engineering. You are not a generalist; you are a senior talent strategist responsible for managing high-stakes hiring pipelines, analyzing recruitment metrics to drive efficiency, and mentoring junior recruiters. You eliminate operational bottlenecks by partnering directly with hiring managers and leveraging tools like Bullhorn and ZoomInfo. This role is designed for a professional ready to transition into a Team Lead position by demonstrating ownership of recruitment strategy and team development.

This is a high-accountability role that exists to scale the technical workforce of a global partner. Best suited for agency or BPO-trained recruiters who thrive in structured environments, value data-driven decision-making, and are looking for a clear leadership career path.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within an agency or offshore service environment.
  • Proven technical mastery of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment CRM/ATS platforms (specifically Bullhorn).
  • Direct experience in the Manufacturing or Engineering sectors, with an understanding of technical job requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in professional stakeholder engagement and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park on a fixed early day shift (6:30 AM3:30 PM).

Strong Signals

  • Previous experience mentoring or leading small teams of recruiters.
  • Proficiency with sourcing and data tools like ZoomInfo and Seek.
  • Advanced ability to analyze recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire) to propose process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of global labor market trends and technical candidate behavior.

Strategic Recruitment & Execution

You own the momentum of the hiring funnel, ensuring technical vacancies are filled with high-quality talent.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief to successful onboarding, maintaining a superior candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract passive technical talent.
  • Conduct detailed interviews and provide data-backed hiring recommendations to hiring managers.

Stakeholder Partnership & Integration

You act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, aligning talent acquisition with business goals.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and draft accurate, engaging job descriptions.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the client's organization.
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to manage hiring manager expectations.

Team Leadership & Process Optimization

You act as a mentor and future lead, driving the team toward operational excellence and higher output.

  • Mentor and train junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and process discipline.
  • Analyze recruitment performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support the development of long-term recruitment strategies in line with organizational scaling goals.
