Leading the team in preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans from the initial project design through to completion.
Continuously monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying potential financial risks and opportunities, and implementing cost-saving measures (value engineering).
Generating accurate and timely financial reports, including cost/value reconciliations and forecasts, for senior management and clients.
Leading, supervising, and mentoring a team of junior and assistant quantity surveyors. Providing guidance on technical, legal, and procedural issues.
Allocating work and resources to the team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Working closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other internal teams to ensure a collaborative and commercially aware approach to the project.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an experience in quantity surveying for at least 3-5 years
