Job Description

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts for web and/ or mobile applications.
  • Define and implement test automation strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple browsers, versions, and operating systems.
  • Analyze test results, report defects, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Participate in performance and security testing initiatives as needed.
  • Continuously improve automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Familiarity in AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Education or proven experience in ERP Systems (Project Accounting, Financial Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Purchasing, or Time and Expense).
Technical Qualifications
  • 4+ years demonstrated experience creating and executing test cases.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in test automation, including:
    • Developing and maintaining automation scripts.
    • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Team Foundation Server/JIRA, Visual Studio, and SharePoint is required.
    • Writing and executing automated test scripts.
    • Designing automation strategies for complex systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
  • Experience in testing web or mobile applications across multiple browsers/versions/OS.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
