Position Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts for web and/ or mobile applications.
- Define and implement test automation strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple browsers, versions, and operating systems.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, tools, and processes.
- Participate in performance and security testing initiatives as needed.
- Continuously improve automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Familiarity in AI tools is a plus.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Education or proven experience in ERP Systems (Project Accounting, Financial Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Purchasing, or Time and Expense).
Technical Qualifications- 4+ years demonstrated experience creating and executing test cases.
- Mandatory: Proven experience in test automation, including:
- Developing and maintaining automation scripts.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Team Foundation Server/JIRA, Visual Studio, and SharePoint is required.
- Writing and executing automated test scripts.
- Designing automation strategies for complex systems.
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
- Experience in testing web or mobile applications across multiple browsers/versions/OS.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
