Senior QA Specialist

Job Description

• Analyze requirements and user stories, providing clear and actionable feedback to improve product quality.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across different platforms.
• Conduct mobile application testing using Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight, and AppTesters.
• Perform API testing using Postman and cross-browser/platform testing through BrowserStack.
• Monitor application crashes, stability, and performance using Embrace.
• Accurately document defects, test results, and QA findings.
• Apply basic test automation and debugging techniques to support quality assurance activities.
• Work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing workloads.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with relevant teams.
• Demonstrate strong time management and the ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, backend systems, and iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Postman, BrowserStack, Xcode, Android Studio, and Embrace.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and relevant tools.
• Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB certification or an equivalent QA certification.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or MoEngage.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial systems.
