Senior QA Lead / QA Head

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of QA experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in both manual and automated testing.
• Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD workflows.
• Skilled in API, Mobile, and Web App testing, including regression and smoke tests.
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Playwright and similar.
• Excellent in analysis, documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Senior QA Lead and manage the QA Department in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve test plans, test cases and QA strategies.
• Review requirements and collaborate with Dev/Product teams to ensure testability and quality standards.
• Make final decisions on release quality you decide if it ships.
• Track and report testing progress to the CTO and other key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote a quality-first culture.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks or blockers proactively.
