Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities

. Raise the overall test quality and maturity of the system by driving and managing end-to-end software product testing.

. Define, refine, and standardize QA frameworks, including testing processes, practices, and tools that enable continuous testing.

. Prepare and review UAT plans for projects to align with business and technical requirements.

. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate UAT sessions, while also leading SIT and UAT testing to ensure smooth user acceptance.

. Provide detailed SIT and UAT defect reports, track progress, and monitor issue resolution.

. Develop modular, reusable, and maintainable test scripts for efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

. Minimum 3 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in automation or manual testing.

. Proven experience in QA testing within Agile/Scrum environments.

. Hands-on experience with QA automation tools and frameworks.

. Experience with no-code/low-code testing platforms (advantage).

. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project needs.
