Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Property Specialist based in Taguig, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. The Senior Property Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, facilitating property sales and rental transactions, and offering expert guidance on both commercial and residential real estate opportunities. This role requires regular market research, attending client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Experience in Residential Real Estate to provide expert guidance and drive transactions.
• Proven Sales capabilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in property management systems and relevant software is an advantage.
• Understanding of the real estate market trends in the Philippines is a plus.
