Role accountabilities:
- Lead and deliver complex, commercially focused projects/programmes per Arcadis Way Project Management (AWPM), aligning outcomes with contractual, financial, governance, and client expectations.
- Support AWPM governance during early maturity phases by partnering with in-country Project Managers on planning, reporting, commercial administration, and risk/issue management.
- Serve as a key interface among GEC, in-country teams, supply chain partners, and clients to communicate scope, commercial position, risks, and delivery responsibilities per AWPM.
- Assume increasing AWPM responsibilities from in-country Project Managers, including contract administration, change control, and resolution of delivery and commercial issues.
- Apply strong commercial acumen with supply chain partners and clients to ensure compliant delivery, protect project outcomes and margin, and maintain trusted relationships.
- Communicate complex commercial, contractual, and programme information clearly and professionally to support decision-making, reporting, and escalation within AWPM frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years experience in project accounting, commercial management, project management, or project coordination.
- Strong experience operating within complex, multiproject or programme environments.
- Experience working in a global delivery or offshoring model.
- PMP, APM, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification (required).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience supporting large, complex publicsector or builtenvironment programmes is desirable.
