Senior Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the establishment and oversight of information systems supporting a core development impact framework. In this role, you will drive operational analytics, manage internal governance for centralized evidence platforms, and provide strategic advisory support to cross-functional teams. You will play a vital part in strengthening program monitoring, capacity building, and evidence-informed decision-making across key operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of information systems designed to support program planning, monitoring, and development impact frameworks.
• Plan and coordinate internal clearances and compliance requirements to establish centralized digital platforms and evidence portals.
• Oversee capacity-building initiatives, including delivering training on frameworks, methodology application, data collection systems, and adaptive management.
• Provide advisory, technical support, and operational analytics to project teams throughout design, implementation, and evaluation phases.
• Synthesize research, evaluation findings, and diagnostic studies into high-level briefings and knowledge products to improve project quality and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in program management.
• Demonstrated experience leading information systems implementation, capacity-building programs, and cross-functional advisory services.
• Strong background in operational analytics, impact evaluation, and strategic platform rollouts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and oral/written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic, high-stakes environment
