Job Description

The Senior Program Manager is accountable for the end-to-end execution of New Product Introductions (NPIs) for branded products, from concept handoff through mass-production readiness and launch. This role serves as the operational owner of complex, cross-functional product programs and acts as the primary execution partner to Product Management and Purchasing. The organization acts as the brand owner and specification holder for all branded products.

The Senior Program Manager ensures that approved manufacturing partners execute against defined specifications, quality standards, compliance requirements, cost targets, and launch timelines. Unlike administrative project coordination roles, this position owns delivery outcomes, drives decision-making, manages risk, and leads cross-functional teams through structured stage-gate milestones. This role is based in the Philippines and operates in close collaboration with Product Management, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Compliance, Factory Partners, Sales, and Marketing teams across global time zones.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Own end-to-end NPI program execution across multiple product categories, from development kickoff through production ramp and launch readiness.

Translate Product Management requirements and PRDs into executable program plans, including scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing.

Lead products through defined stage-gate reviews (e.g., concept freeze, EVT/DVT/PVT, pilot build, mass production approval), ensuring cross-functional alignment and executive visibility.

Partner with Purchasing to align supplier selection, tooling readiness, cost targets, MOQs, and production schedules with launch objectives.

Ensure manufacturing partners execute specifications, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and packaging requirements.

Skills And Qualifications

Graduate with a bachelors degree in Program Management, Business Management, or any related field.

Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional NPI programs from concept to mass production.

Strong understanding of overseas manufacturing, supplier management, tooling, and production readiness.

Experience working with specification-owned, private-label, or brand-owner business models.

Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Motivated self-starter with high attention to detail.

Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in geographically diverse locations.

Excellent knowledge of project performance evaluation and change management principles.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years experience in program management, product operations, or NPI leadership within consumer electronics or a similar hardware-driven business model.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Close attention to detail with the ability to balance tactical execution and strategic thinking.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Asana, MS Project, etc.) is preferred.

Ability to perform intermediate-level mathematics, such as calculating percentages.

Proven, excellent communication skills, meeting organization, and management.
