The Role
We are looking for a highly capable Product Owner / Product Manager to help drive execution and delivery across our platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with US-based leadership, stakeholders, and SMEs to translate product vision into clear, actionable work for engineering teams. The candidate will take ownership of both the process and the outcome, ensuring that work is well-defined, properly prioritized, and delivered to a high standard. This is a hands-on role for someone who is
detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable
taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
Your Responsibilities- Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own the product backlog, priorities, and day-to-day execution
- Ensure features and enhancements are clearly defined, scoped, and ready for development
- Take responsibility for delivery outcomes not just documentation
- Track progress and ensure work is moving forward as expected
- Technical Story Writing & Clarity
- Write clear, detailed, and well-structured user stories and requirements
- Work closely with product and engineering to ensure requirements are fullyunderstood
- Anticipate edge cases, dependencies, and gaps before development begins
- Ensure tickets are actionable and reduce ambiguity for engineers
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Work closely with US-based stakeholders and product leadership
- Translate business needs into practical, executable plans
- Set clear expectations on scope, timelines, and delivery
- Provide consistent updates on progress, risks, and changes
- Execution Oversight
- Help ensure engineering teams are aligned with priorities and expectations
- Identify when work is off track and take action early
- Raise concerns proactively and suggest solutions
- Help maintain accountability across teams in a constructive way
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with Engineering, QA, Support, and Product teams
- Ensure alignment across teams for releases and feature delivery
- Act as a central point of coordination to keep work moving smoothly
What We're Looking For- Ideally should have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong experience working directly with software engineering teams
- Proven ability to write detailed, technical user stories and requirements
- Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, and delivery in Agile environments
- Strong communication skills, including working with US-based stakeholders
- Comfortable setting expectations with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Confident speaking up when issues arise and driving resolution
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Experience holding engineering teams accountable to defined requirements and delivery expectations
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable operating with autonomy
- Able to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Builds trust across teams through consistency and communication
- Actively uses AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for:
- Writing and refining product requirements
- Summarizing discussions and decisions
- Analyzing product ideas and edge cases
- Comfortable incorporating AI into product thinking and workflows
- Continuously looks for ways to improve efficiency using modern tools
