About The Role
The
Senior Product Manager leads the strategy, performance, enhancement, and commercialization of cash management products. The role oversees product and implementation teams, drives product profitability, ensures excellent service delivery, develops innovative solutions to meet client needs, and works closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to grow the bank's transaction banking business.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor Product Managers, Associate Product Managers, Product Assistants, and implementation teams to achieve business and profitability targets.
- Manage the performance, pricing, enhancement, and lifecycle of cash management products to ensure competitiveness and alignment with client needs.
- Partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to develop customized cash management solutions, product proposals, and pricing structures for corporate clients.
- Drive product innovation and operational improvements by collaborating with Operations, IT, and service providers to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
- Monitor product profitability, prepare performance reviews, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize revenue growth and portfolio performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Product Management, Transaction Banking, Cash Management Services (CMS), Corporate Banking, or related financial services.
- Proven leadership experience managing product teams and driving business performance.
- Deep understanding of cash management products, deposits, payments, collections, liquidity solutions, pricing, and profitability management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

- Senior banking professional with extensive experience in transaction banking and cash management product management.
- Strong track record in developing product strategies, launching enhancements, and improving product profitability.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Customer Service.
