Working Schedule: Following EST schedule
The client is seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to help scale and evolve, our clinician portal and internal care delivery platform that supports the daily workflow of 2,000+ clinicians nationwide. The backbone of our care delivery operation - powering scheduling workflows, data insights, patient engagement, operational support processes, and adherence to quality standards.
This role will sit at the intersection of product strategy and operational execution. You'll own a slice of the product area, help drive day-to-day delivery against the roadmap, and lead discovery for upcoming initiatives that improve clinician experience, care quality, and operational efficiency.
You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, as well as key clinical stakeholders including Clinical Operations and Clinical Quality to ensure evolves into a high-performing platform that's reliable, scalable, and a positive addition to our clinicians toolbelt.
What You'll Do:
- Own and deliver product initiatives that improve clinician workflows and care delivery performance.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions fit real-world care delivery needs.
- Lead discovery: identify pain points, validate solutions, and define measurable success metrics.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to prioritize and execute against the roadmap.
- Support day-to-day execution processes with engineering teams (standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, QA/launch readiness).
- Define success metrics and align on measurable outcomes for features and platform improvements.
- Ensure product quality through strong product hygiene: acceptance criteria, edge case planning, release management, and post-launch monitoring.
- Use data to guide decisions, measure impact, and drive iteration after launch.
- Help create repeatable processes for prioritizing bug fixes and support requests alongside roadmap work.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 4+ years of product management experience (PM), owning product delivery and outcomes.
- Experience building workflow-heavy products (internal tools, platforms, enterprise products, or operational systems).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution.
- Comfort using data to prioritize, evaluate performance, and influence decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, clinical operations, or regulated environments.
- Experience building clinician-facing tools, EMR-related workflows, clinical decision support, or operational tooling.
- Experience building or scaling integrations with third-party systems or internal services (APIs, data pipelines, event-driven systems).
Non-Negotiable: Strong product ownership and execution. We need someone who can come in, take ambiguous problems, run discovery, translate needs into clear requirements, and drive delivery through launch and iteration. This role is also extremely cross-functional, so stakeholder alignment is a must-have. We're looking for someone who can build trust and drive decisions with engineering, design, data, clinical ops, and clinical quality partners.
