Job Description

Overview:

Most housing platforms are built for people who already have options. Lhoopa is built for everyone else.

We work with low- and middle-income Filipino families — people who want to own a home but have been underserved by traditional real estate. Through our mobile platform, we connect buyers, brokers, contractors, and developers across the Philippines. So far, we've delivered 7,000+ homes in 60+ cities and helped 32,000+ Filipinos get there.

We use technology and AI not as a talking point, but as the actual engine behind how we operate. The platform you'll own is the one our brokers use in the field, our contractors rely on to get work done, and our ops team depends on to keep everything moving.

As a Senior PM here, your scope covers two surfaces: the partner-facing platform and the back-office tools behind it. That's intentional. We don't want someone who optimizes features in isolation — we want someone who understands the system, sees where it breaks, and fixes it before it becomes a problem at scale.

You'll work daily with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Growth. You report to the Head of Product. You're also expected to raise the bar for the PMs around you through how you work, how you document, and how you make decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership and Execution

  • Own the partner platform and internal ops tools end-to-end, from problem identification to post-release iteration
  • Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements and scoped solutions across both surfaces
  • Ensure consistent delivery of small, safe, high-impact releases through strong prioritization and sequencing
  • Maintain a high-quality backlog aligned with current priorities and business goals
  • Contribute to product team standards: documentation practices, discovery frameworks, prioritization criteria

2. Problem Discovery and Validation

  • Conduct discovery through a combination of: data analysis, user interviews and field exposure, and direct workflow observation with brokers, contractors, and ops teams
  • Synthesize insights into clear problem statements and product opportunities
  • Validate problems and solutions through experiments, prototypes, and controlled rollouts before scaling

3. Metrics and Product Impact

  • Define and track success metrics specific to your scope, including: contractor task completion rate, cycle time, and output consistency; AI feature adoption rate across broker and contractor segments; back-office process efficiency (manual step reduction, turnaround time); partner activation rate post-onboarding; broker prospect-to-deal conversion rate; field agent session frequency and feature adoption
  • Monitor product performance through funnel, cohort, and lifecycle analysis
  • Translate insights into actionable product decisions and prioritization

4. Delivery and Iteration

  • Drive rapid iteration cycles based on real usage and feedback
  • Ensure product releases are well-coordinated with Engineering, QA, and stakeholders
  • Partner with Operations and Growth teams to support rollout, adoption, and feedback loops
  • Continuously evaluate what to build, improve, or deprecate based on impact

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Design to ensure usability and clarity of mobile product experiences
  • Align with Operations to ensure solutions reflect real-world field workflows and back-office constraints
  • Collaborate with Engineering on feasibility, trade-offs, and system implications
  • Communicate progress, learnings, and priorities clearly to stakeholders
  • Mentor and support junior PMs on the team

Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of experience in product management, with at least one role owning a platform or multi-surface product
  • Proven track record managing both external-facing partner tools and internal ops or back-office products
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems across multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with data: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, metric definition
  • Solid technical understanding: ability to read API contracts, interpret data models, and reason through system trade-offs with Engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Background in logistics, marketplaces, fintech, SaaS, or operationally intensive environments is a strong plus
  • Experience driving adoption of AI-powered features with non-technical, field-based users is a plus
  • Experience with B2B platform products serving field-based or non-desk users is a plus
  • Prior experience mentoring junior PMs or contributing to product team practices is a plus
