What You'll Do:
- Lead the conceptualization and design of Dreams Fulfilment programs based on dealer performance data, market trends, and business objectives. He/She will specifically handle Great Life Leaders Programs and Progression Programs.
- Drive the recruitment of new dealers through targeted campaigns and partnerships with distributors.
- Develop and implement retention strategies that enhance dealer satisfaction and foster repeat transactions.
- Utilize market research and sales analytics to develop dealer personas and optimize program fit per segment.
- Oversee the implementation of promotional and activation programs, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct post-program evaluations to measure effectiveness, ROI, and alignment with KPIs.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (e.g., transacting dealers, dealer growth, program ROI).
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in channel marketing, dealer management, or sales program development, preferably in the Direct Selling, FMCG, Insurance or Banking industry.
- Strong understanding of dealer ecosystems, distributor management, and incentive design.
- Demonstrated experience in data-driven program management and campaign analysis
