Job Purpose

The Senior Product Manager supports the development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of new and existing product capabilities within the Healthcare Eligibility and Outreach Services division. This role partners closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to translate business and development objectives into high-value, data-driven product outcomes.

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for analyzing product performance, defining integration and data strategies, identifying cross-product synergies, and providing actionable insights that guide prioritization and execution. By connecting complex requirements, workflows, and data across systems, this role helps ensure a cohesive product experience that aligns with the enterprise vision of delivering better results through intelligent technology.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders and developers to craft a clear product vision that aligns with Med-Metrix's overall goals
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap
  • Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and initiatives based on data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer requirements and business objectives
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead Scrum Teams through the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Monitor and track project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure project milestones are met, communicating with stakeholders throughout.
  • Work with stakeholders and development leads on priorities and day-to-day execution, while exercising strong decision making across the team
  • Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful completion of release/sprint goals
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog, balancing the requirements of various stakeholders with business objectives
  • Support product demos and user acceptance testing
  • Coordinate production releases and post-release monitoring
  • Ability to define success metrics and deliver clear, actionable reporting that demonstrates the impact and outcomes of product releases to stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Use, protect and disclose patients protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
  • Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times
  • Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred
  • Understanding of RPA & API development preferred
  • Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in product management supporting healthcare technology solutions
  • Demonstrated success delivering and managing products across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through release and iteration
  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle workflow or eligibility-related technologies; familiarity with U.S. Medicaid eligibility and patient outreach programs is a plus
  • Proficiency with core product delivery activities, including requirements definition (e.g., Jira or similar tools), MVP development, and managing on-time releases within Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of iterative development practices, including prototyping and continuous improvement
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and drive insight-based decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Gracious and welcoming personality for customer service interaction

Working Conditions

  • Will occasionally need to work outside normal business hours to support production deployments
  • Must possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear
  • Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress
  • Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
