Overview:
Lhoopa operates a mobile platform that powers a decentralized network of contractors, brokers, and field agents. As Senior Product Manager, you own the partner platform end to end as a product system, not just an app.
You are accountable for problem discovery, solution design, delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact across the full partner lifecycle. Your mandate is to translate real on-the-ground constraints into scalable digital systems that improve activation, retention, productivity, and unit economics. You work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Growth. You
operate with high autonomy, frequent exposure to leadership, and a clear expectation to exercise strong product judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Road-mapping
- Define and own the product strategy for partner supply, activation, engagement, and monetization.
- Set north-star metrics and success criteria tied directly to business outcomes, not feature output.
- Build and maintain a rolling quarterly roadmap that reflects clear trade-offs between growth, operational load, risk, and technical health.
- Continuously evaluate what to build, what to fix, and what to sunset as ROI and constraints evolve.
Problem Discovery and Field Immersion
- Own partner discovery through direct field exposure, interviews, shadowing, and data analysis.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear problem statements and product bets.
- Validate problems before solutions through experiments, prototypes, and controlled rollouts.
- Ensure product decisions reflect real partner behavior, not internal assumptions.
Analytics and Product Impact
- Oversee funnel, cohort, and lifecycle analytics to monitor partner activation, engagement, retention, and overall product usage.
- Leverage data insights to identify friction points, drop-offs, and areas for improvement across the partner journey.
- Translate analytical insights into well-defined product priorities, experiments, and backlog initiatives aligned with measurable outcomes.
- Regularly assess and refine product metrics to ensure they accurately reflect partner behavior and overall product effectiveness.
- Provide clear and structured updates on product performance, key learnings, and upcoming priorities to leadership on an ongoing basis.
Delivery and Execution
- Ensure the team is consistently focused on the highest-leverage problems.
- Own prioritization, backlog quality, and release readiness with Engineering and QA.
- Drive small, safe, frequent releases through strong scoping, sequencing, and risk management.
- Coordinate launches with Operations and Growth, including training, enablement, and post-release monitoring.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Influence
- Act as a product leader who can disagree, align, and commit.
- Represent partner needs credibly in senior-level prioritization and trade-off discussions.
- Facilitate decision-making under ambiguity, balancing technical constraints with business impact.
- Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the squad.
Qualifications:
- 810 years of professional experience, including 5+ years owning complex digital products with real operational consequences.
- Proven experience owning and scaling mobile or platform products.
- Background in logistics, fintech, ecommerce, field-service, or similarly operationally intensive environments is a plus.
- Strong command of modern product discovery, agile delivery, feature flagging, and experimentation practices.
- Ability to work directly with data. Comfortable with SQL or BI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex workflows into simple, scalable product systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. Able to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, orequivalent. MBA or advanced training is a plus.
