The Role
As a Product Designer, Lead end-to-end product design, from research and discovery to high-fidelity UI and usability validation. Apply strong UI/UX expertise and product thinking to create user-centered solutions. Drive design strategy, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers, and developers.

Your Team
- Directly reporting to the Product Design Manager
- Will be part of the squad handled by Project Manager/Scrum Master
- Works with 2-5 Developers and a UX Designer
- Includes client communication with Client PO and other stakeholders for Requirements Gathering
We work/You will work closely with our business partners, the household brands in technology, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft and Outsystems.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities: user interviews, analysis, problem framing, and opportunity mapping.
- Translate user and business needs into product requirements and design strategies.
- Create use journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces aligned with the design system
- Design and run usability tests and drive iteration based on insights and validation
- Mentor junior product designers and contribute to uplifting the design practice
- Collaborate with stakeholders on roadmap, feature definitions, and prioritization ko ok
- Partner with engineering for smooth and accurate implementation of the product.
- Apply business analysis to evaluate trade-offs, understand constraints, and align design with business value.
- Utilize AI design tools (Figma, Figjam, V0, Make, Draw.io, Canva, Adobe creative cloud)
About You
You are/have:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Proven UI/UX expertise with end-to-end case studies
- Strong facilitator for workshops and design sprints
- Clear, data-driven communicator who influences decisions through design rationale
- You have strong UI/UX capabilities backed by case studies demonstrating end-to-end design work.
- You have excellent facilitation skills and can run workshops or design sprints when needed
- You communicate clearly and influence decisions through data, insights, and design rationale
- Proven experience in business or requirements analysis
- Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated work style with strong adherence to deadlines
- Preferably with experience in the Insurance industry
- You can make informed design decisions and guide teams toward the best outcomes
