Senior Procurement Manager (Food Category)
This role leads the development and execution of category strategies to drive value for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the procurement team
- Create and execute category strategies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership teams
- Manage supplier network, ensuring reliability and risk control
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier performance
- Build strong supplier partnerships and oversee supplier performance
- Lead projects and programs within the category
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree (Master's is a plus)
- 510 years of relevant experience, ideally in the food value chain
- Experience in procurement, category management, or operations
- Proven experience leading teams and managing projects
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive change
