The Senior Business Process Transformation Specialist plays a critical role in driving process redesign and operational transformation within Home Credit Philippines, focusing primarily on lending and financing operations. This position is responsible for analyzing existing (As-Is) business processes, assessing the impact of the new core lending solution (but not limited to), and designing optimized (To-Be) processes that align with Home Credit's strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and customer-centric operating model. The role requires strong domain expertise in financing operations, end-to-end lending lifecycle, and process transformation methodologies, while collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders across Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams.
What You'll Do
Process Analysis & Design
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing (As-Is) lending and financing processes across the customer lifecycle including onboarding, credit assessment, loan origination, servicing, collections, and closure.
- Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, manual workarounds, and compliance risks within current workflows.
- Design and document optimized (To-Be) processes aligned with the implementation of the new core lending solution.
- Develop process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and business process documentation using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
Core Lending System Transformation
- Assess and document the operational and functional impact of the new core lending solution on current business processes.
- Define process transformation requirements to ensure smooth integration of the core lending platform with existing systems and operational models.
- Collaborate with IT, system vendors, and project teams to translate business requirements into system and process changes.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating process alignment and business functionality.
Change & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Credit, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Product teams to ensure alignment on proposed process changes.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and change discussions to drive stakeholder buy-in and clarity.
- Provide guidance and support during process rollout and adoption phases.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor post-implementation performance of new processes and identify further optimization opportunities.
- Establish process KPIs and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency improvements.
- Recommend best practices and innovative approaches to enhance lending operational efficiency and customer experience.
What You Need To Have
- Minimum 58 years of experience in business process transformation, preferably within financing, banking, or lending institutions.
- Proven experience in core lending system implementation or lending process transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end lending operations and financing workflows.
- Experience in process mapping, process re-engineering, and change management initiatives.
- Experience with process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio, Lucidchart, or similar)
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the Philippine financing industry
- Ability to work independently in a senior individual contributor capacity while collaborating across multiple teams.
