Duties and Responsibilities
● Support the preparation of Feasibility Studies (FS), Pre-FS, Business Cases, and other documents or reports relevant to the delivery of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) proposals and other engagements
● Lead the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as necessitated by a project
● Prepare financial and economic models in support of project objectives
● Conduct financial, economic, and industry market research
● Coordinate, attend, and document team meetings to discuss findings, identify problems or issues, and determine solutions to assigned projects
● Maintain and verify the requirement specifications of regulatory frameworks relevant to PPPs and/or other infrastructure projects
● Develop a communication process to collaborate with clients and update stakeholders on the progress of a project
● Manage project schedules, update project documentation, determine which tasks to prioritize, and ensure the timely completion of deliverables
● Provide leadership to teams and collaborate with senior executives to manage resources
Competencies
● Ability to work effectively with a diverse group including technical or transversal consultants, clients, government officials, management, and peers
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with analytic capacity and ability to synthesize relevant collected data and findings for the preparation of case studies and progress reports
● Familiarization with the Philippine PPP life cycle is preferred
● Experience in data validation as well as financial and economic modeling
● Knowledgeable in financial, economic, and industry market research
Relevant Experience & Requirements
● Graduate / Advanced Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
● Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience. Must possess problem-solving, teamwork, client management, analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
● Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
