  • Own the initiative-based OM performance view across channels by tracking all OM-related metrics (installs, CPI, Register, Cost per Register, New Buyers, CAC, MAU growth, and others) in dashboards and surface risks/opportunities to leadership.
  • Lead target & run-rate monitoring build monthly forecasts, flag gaps early, and drive corrective actions through OM channels.
  • Run project-based initiatives end-to-end (scope, timeline, risks, results) for priority projects, ensuring on-time, on-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with BI to automate reporting, improve data quality, and standardize operating metrics and definitions.
  • Prepare executive-ready updates and upward management decks synthesize insights and trade-offs to enable fast decisions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with channel owners and local marketing, and regional teams resolve blockers and align on goals, resources, and timelines.
  • Own one clear view of OM project performance by as channel. Track installs, CPI, registrations, cost per registration, new buyers, CAC, and MAU growth in dashboards. Call out risks and opportunities early.
  • Monitor targets and run rate. Build a monthly forecast, show any gap, and drive fixes with each OM channel.
  • Lead priority projects end to end. Define scope and timeline, manage risks, track results, and deliver on time with the right quality.
  • Work with BI to automate reports, improve data accuracy for actionable next steps.
  • Create exec-ready updates and short decks. Turn data into clear insights and trade-offs so leaders can decide fast.
  • Coordinate channel owners, local marketing, and regional teams. Remove blockers, align goals and resources, and keep timelines on track.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years in PMO, program, or project management within e-commerce or online marketing
  • Strong analytical skills (Google Sheets/Excel) fluency in e-commerce metrics and forecasting (MAU, MTU, CPI, CAC, CPO, ROI).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influence without authority comfortable engaging senior leaders.
  • Proven delivery of multi-team projects with schedule, budget, and result tracking
  • Hands-on experience running OKRs or similar cadences and weekly reviews
  • Exposure to performance marketing workflows for Install, Search, and Retargeting or Branding
  • Strong planning and timeline management with clear ownership and follow-through
  • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel and dashboard literacy
  • Crisp Thai and English communication, executive-ready summaries and slides
  • Stakeholder management and influence without authority, vendor coordination included
  • Structured problem solving and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast, dynamic environment and keep work moving
