The Digital Healthcare BU is seeking atalented Engineering Project Manager. In this role, you will provide leadership to internal and externaldevelopment teamsand cross-functional teams that develop newHealthcare products (hardware and software). As the Engineering Project Manager, you willbe responsible fordelivering these products to marketinscope, on schedule, and withinbudgettargets.

JOB DUTIES

  • Responsible forDigital Healthcareproductsfromconcept throughrelease,includingadvancedtechnologyprojects.Managing end-to-end product development.
  • Develops creative solutions to be applied to a wide range of problems, many of which are difficult or complex in nature. Exhibitsstrong problem-solvingskills. Pursues innovative approaches to Time and Cost Analysis, RiskManagementandOut of Bounds conditions.Holds teams accountable and proactivelyidentifiesrisk to the project execution.
  • Develop complete projectdevelopmentplanandoptimizedevelopmentefficacy. Includes use ofbest practicesfor the Technical RequirementsDevelopment, Plan of Record (POR), POR Change Process (PCP), and the project shared site.
  • Managekey stakeholdersthroughoutdurationofproject.Own and manage projectscope, schedule, cost,and risks.Communicates actively with engineering staff directors,Productmanagersand others on thetechnology groupresourcing plan. Tracks andreportsproject execution.
  • Creates a collaborative environment for cross-functional teams. Resolves inter-team & intra-team issues and conflicts to ensure project goals are met. Volunteers, orisrecruited, to work outside of area of expertise, asrequiredapplies cross-training and/or cross-functional learning.
  • Provides leadership to the greater project management community through mentorship and leadership in development programs. Champions Project Management within ADI.

Minimum skillsrequired

  • Track recordleadingsuccessfulprojects withcross functionalteams,including hardware,software, modules and systems.
  • Background in Semiconductors orrelevant regulatedproduct development.
  • Experience managingcustomer,engineeringandexecutiverelationships,excellent communication skills.
  • Possess strong organization skills and is responsive to project needs.
  • Track recordcollaboratingwith external technology, design, and manufacturing partners.
  • Solve problems, be able to quickly assess situations, collect relevant information or input from subject matterexpertsand drive manageable solutions.
  • Establishes andmaintainspositive working relationships with others, fosters teamwork and bridges differences to achieve the program goals.

Qualifications

  • 5-7years ofrelativeexperiencewithinengineering with at least 3 of those years in a Project Management or Portfolio Management role.
  • Bachelor of Sciencein engineering disciplinerequired.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be desirable.
