- 57 years of experience using Revit for 3D plumbing and fire protection design
- Strong knowledge of IPC, IBC, and U.S. building codes (bonus: NYC codes, LEED)
- Experience delivering designs for residential, commercial, or institutional projects
- Precision and attention to detail in producing compliant, high-quality deliverables
- Excellent coordination, communication, and collaboration skills in English
- Comfort working fully remote with night shifts (9 PM6 AM PH Time) to align with U.S. teams
