Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
Must have at least eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects and proven experience in leading and managing a team of Construction Planning Engineers.
Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience with Primavera P6 software
Technical knowledge in construction processes, methodologies, resource loading, and the like.
Knowledgeable in EOT preparation and claims analysis
Knowledgeable in standard planning and programming management practices, techniques, and procedures.
Proficient in Primavera 6 (P6)
Should be amenable to work placement in Makati, Metro Manila
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and manage the project schedule
Analyze and report on schedule performance weekly and monthly
Recommend any mitigating actions needed for delayed activities 4
Provide a look-ahead schedule and flag the project team for any projected delays
Coordinate with other team members and the project manager to ensure that the project schedule aligns with overall project goals
