Your Role:
As an Image Editor Team Leader, you will :
- Supervise the QA process for all edited visual content, including still images, videos, and digital media.
- Review and approve final edits to ensure alignment with project specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Manage and train a team of QA specialists and junior editors, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain QA checklists, documentation, and workflows.
- Collaborate with Picture Editors and Creative Teams to identify and resolve issues related to color correction, cropping, file formats, metadata, and resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Ensure file naming conventions and media asset management protocols are followed.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Photography, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in image/video editing or post-production, with at least 2 years in a QA or supervisory role.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong eye for visual details, quality, and consistency.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
