Role Overview

The Senior Performance Excellence Manager is responsible for driving operational optimization, KPI recovery, and strategic performance interventions across accounts within Lean Solutions Group. This role ensures operational efficiency, cost control, risk mitigation, and long-term client trust through data-driven insights and structured execution.

The position requires a holistic approach to performance managementanalyzing trends, detecting risks, implementing corrective strategies, and sustaining operational improvements that contribute to revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. KPI Analysis & Recovery

  • Identify underperforming metrics and root causes of operational inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement corrective action plans to restore KPI performance.
  • Monitor glidepaths, compliance trackers, and structured dashboards to ensure recovery sustainability.
  • Support revenue impact and CNPS improvement through operational excellence initiatives.

2. Operational Intervention & Optimization

  • Lead structured interventions for accounts in Yellow, Red, or Hypercare status.
  • Stabilize operations while ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
  • Implement continuous improvement frameworks to prevent recurring performance gaps.

3. Smart Cost Control & Financial Oversight

  • Develop cost-reduction strategies while maintaining service quality.
  • Identify unnecessary expenses and optimize resource allocation.
  • Validate rates and ensure invoice accuracy to protect margins.
  • Maximize ROI through operational precision and strategic planning.

4. Client Trust & Relationship Management

  • Strengthen client partnerships through data-driven strategies and transparency.
  • Provide performance guidance and insights to support long-term engagement.
  • Ensure reliability, operational stability, and measurable improvements across accounts.

5. Risk Detection & Prevention

  • Conduct proactive risk assessments to mitigate operational threats.
  • Identify compliance gaps and implement preventive controls.
  • Establish early-warning indicators for performance or financial risks.

6. Process Sustainability & Knowledge Management

  • Document best practices and intervention playbooks for scalability.
  • Establish governance frameworks for sustainable improvements.
  • Promote knowledge sharing across teams.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, QA, Finance, and Compliance teams to align performance strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

8. Performance Reporting & Strategic Insights

  • Deliver executive-level performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Present forecasts and alerts using measurable visuals and structured glidepaths.

9. Performance Forecasting

  • Analyze historical trends to predict future performance risks and opportunities.
  • Provide proactive improvement strategies to accounts under management.
  • Share structured improvement roadmaps with leadership.

  • Industry Benchmarking & Competitive Positioning: Maintain operational excellence aligned with best-in-class standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, performance excellence, or continuous improvement roles.
  • Proven experience handling KPI recovery, account stabilization, and operational optimization.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical expertise.
  • Advanced reporting and presentation skills.
