Job Description

Role purpose: Orchestrate the enterprise rhythm of business for cyclical people programs (e.g., performance, talent review, succession, compensation, engagement actions), ensuring globally consistent execution, strong governance, and a low-friction experience for leaders and Executive Business Partners.

Key accountabilities:

  • Global program management: Build integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement for each cycle; manage RAID logs and drive timely closure of actions.
  • Governance & controls: Establish clear inputs/outputs, decision points, and escalation paths; ensure auditability and adherence to global standards.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Coordinate COEs (Talent, Total Rewards, People Analytics, HR Ops) and regional HR partners to align timelines and deliverables.
  • Enablement & communications: Create leader/HR enablement packs, FAQs, toolkits, and comms; ensure consistent messaging and adoption.
  • Reusable toolkits: Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and standards that scale Business Partner ways of working across regions.
  • Cycle execution excellence: Track progress, completion rates, and quality signals; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for the next cycle.
  • Continuous improvement: Standardise templates, automate reminders/updates, and reduce cycle time while improving leader experience including through AI tools.
  • Forum enablement: Prepare discussion guides, decision logs, action trackers, and post-forum summaries for talent and planning forums.

Required capabilities & experience:

  • 5+ years program/project delivery experience in HR, People Operations, consulting, PMO, or transformation (enterprise/cyclical programs preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience running annual/semi-annual cycles across multiple stakeholder groups and geographies.
  • Strong planning discipline, attention to detail, and ability to drive outcomes without formal authority.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to create practical toolkits and enablement materials.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, AI tools and Canva; familiarity with Workday or other HRIS processes is an advantage.
