Position Summary

ThePayroll Services Specialistis responsible formanaging end-to-end payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, andtimelyexecution.This role requires ahands-on payroll ownerwith direct experience running complete payroll cycles, managing tax accuracy, approving payroll registers, and coordinating closely with HR and Accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute all scheduled and off-cycle payroll runs, including supplemental and manual checks

• Ensureaccuratewage calculations, tax compliance, and payroll approvals

• Administer time and attendance, PTO, and payroll-related employee changes

• Support payroll system administration and reporting, including year-end activities

• Coordinate with HR and Accounting on garnishments, audits, and payroll reporting

• Maintaintimelycommunication during Eastern Time working hours

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field 35+ years of hands-on U.S. payroll processing experience
• Directownership of full end-to-end payroll cycles(gross-to-net calculations, tax adjustments, payroll register creation and approval)

• Multi-state and/or high-volume payroll experiencestrongly preferred

• In-house payroll experience preferred; candidates from HRIS, PEO, or outsourced models mustdemonstrateclear hands-on payroll execution

• Hands-on experience with payroll systems such asBambooHR (preferred), ADP, Paycom, Rippling, Gusto, or PaylocityNetSuite experience is aplus
• Amenableto workingEastern Time Work arrangement:Fully remote, but may berequiredto report onsite if necessary
