Responsibilities:
The Payroll Senior Analyst oversee the processing of payroll, severance, taxes and various related function. He/ She guides the employees on their queries and ensure the employee received the adequate compensation right on payroll schedule
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earning taxes, deduction, leave and non-taxable wages.
Process government mandated benefits
Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
Maintains employee confidence and protect payroll information by keeping Confidential
Assist employee/s and provide advice in relation to payroll concern
Preparation of check for final pay and statutory payment monthly
Comply with the government statutory reports such as 13th month report, annualization, BIR 2316 and other related payroll reports
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree (4year course) equivalent in any business course.
Preferred with at least 1 - 2 years experience in Payroll Related transactions
Must be accurate, dependable, and dedicated in completing given tasks on time.
Must be a team player and able to prioritize tasks
Has a strong ethical standard and high level of honesty and integrity
Knowledgeable in MS Office application
Must have a keen eye for detail, be customer oriented, trainable, and committed to self-improvement
