* 10+ years of hands-on delivery experience on Oracle HCM Cloud and/or Peoplesoft.
* At least 3 End to End Implementation experience on Oracle Human Capital Management
* Functional expertise across multiple modules (Core HR, Recruitment , Compensation, Learning or Time & Labor)
* Hands on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher , Fast Formulas.
* Hands on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
* Deep understanding on Oracle HCM APIs , HCM Extracts and HDL
* Familiarity Oracle Fusion AI Agents , VBCS (Redwood)
Onsite / Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed | BGC Taguig
