Senior Oracle HCM Specialist

Skillset Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on delivery experience on Oracle HCM Cloud and/or Peoplesoft.
• At least 3 End to End Implementation experience on Oracle Human Capital Management
• Functional expertise across multiple modules (Core HR, Recruitment , Compensation, Learning or Time & Labor)
• Hands on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher , Fast Formulas.
• Hands on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
• Deep understanding on Oracle HCM APIs , HCM Extracts and HDL
• Familiarity Oracle Fusion AI Agents , VBCS (Redwood)

Qualifications / Other Requirements

• Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum methodology
• Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Oracle HCM Certification is a plus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include, but are not limited to:

Solution Design & Architecture

o Define end to end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM modules ensuring seamless data flows and integration to Financials, Procurement and Supply Chain

Module Expertise

o Design and optimize end to end architecture for Core HR , Recruitment , Performance, Benefits, Learning , Compensation and Helpdesk

Integration & Data Migration

o Govern how Oracle HCM connects with enterprise systems, utilizing tools like Oracle Integration Cloud, HDL and APIs

Cloud Security

o Define and optimize role-based access control (RBAC), data privacy and global security policies.

Stakeholder Engagement

o Translate HR requirements into actionable functional and technical documentation, assist on project delivery and estimates effort.

Lifecycle Governance

o Manage quarterly Oracle HCM patches , monitor system performance, and conduct Proof of Concept projects to validate AI or automation features.

Soft Skills

o Strong techno/functional workshop facilitation, capable of translating complex functional processes into functional and technical specifications.
