Job Title: Senior Oracle R2R/A2R & Supply Chain Data Conversion Consultant

OVERVIEW:
- Serve as a senior techno-functional consultant responsible for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and migration from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Lead Record-to-Report (R2R) and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) data conversion activities supporting financial and supply chain business processes.
- Design and manage end-to-end data migration strategy, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover execution.
- Ensure financial data integrity across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management modules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze legacy Oracle EBS R12 data structures and define mapping rules aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud data models.
- Develop and execute data extraction, transformation, and load processes for master and transactional data.
- Build and test conversion scripts using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Prepare and manage Functional Business Data Integration (FBDI) and Application Development Framework Desktop Integrator (ADFdi) templates.
- Perform detailed data validation and reconciliation between legacy and target systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data migration defects and reconciliation issues.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure successful migration outcomes.
- Support mock conversions, testing cycles, and production cutover activities.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including mapping specifications and data cleansing rules.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support and project stakeholders to resolve migration challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 812 years of Oracle Applications experience.
- Minimum of 12 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or data migration projects.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale data conversion initiatives.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle R2R/A2R modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Expertise in Oracle EBS data extraction and financial data structures.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi, HDL).
- Experience executing financial data reconciliation and validation processes.
