Accountable for the overall Engineering, Operations and Maintenance service delivery
Responsible for the Engineering, Operations and Maintenance program creation, implementation & measurement
Responsible for the creation of Site Field Manual for Engineering, Operations & Maintenance
Responsible for the Vendor Performance Management program creation, implementation & measurement

-At least 6 years Managerial level work experience & people manager in Manufacturing Facility and/or Commercial Facility

-At least 10 years direct work experience in Engineering, Site Operations and Asset Maintenance & management in Manufacturing facility and or huge commercial portfolio

-PME or PEE only

-Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or at least 1 hour travel from & to the FPIP Client site

-High financial comprehension in Facility OPEX/CAPEX program, Billing & Collection

-Highly Technical, knowledgeable in Maintenance Engineering, Asset Maintenance & Management Framework

-Knowledgeable in Minor & major Equipment maintenance planning, execution and project management

-Knowledgeable Energy Management System

-Knowledgeable in Environment compliance and Occupational Health & Safetyprogram

-Knowledgeable in Local Regulatory Compliance, Permits & Licenses (MEPF & EHS)
