Responsible for the creation of Site Field Manual for Engineering, Operations & Maintenance
Responsible for the Vendor Performance Management program creation, implementation & measurement
- At least 6 years Managerial level work experience & people manager in Manufacturing Facility and/or Commercial Facility
- At least 10 years direct work experience in Engineering, Site Operations and Asset Maintenance & management in Manufacturing facility and or huge commercial portfolio
- PME or PEE only
- Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or at least 1 hour travel from & to the FPIP Client site
- High financial comprehension in Facility OPEX/CAPEX program, Billing & Collection
- Highly Technical, knowledgeable in Maintenance Engineering, Asset Maintenance & Management Framework
- Knowledgeable in Minor & major Equipment maintenance planning, execution and project management
- Knowledgeable Energy Management System
- Knowledgeable in Environment compliance and Occupational Health & Safety program
- Knowledgeable in Local Regulatory Compliance, Permits & Licenses (MEPF & EHS)
