Provide overall direction, strategy, and leadership for the company in alignment with corporate goals and the healthcare industrys transformation needs
Lead the development and execution of business plans, innovation roadmaps, and strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth
Oversee product development and solution delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and relevance to evolving healthcare standards
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, hospitals, clinics, and government stakeholders
Ensure financial health by managing budgets, forecasting, profitability, and investment planning
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to guide decision-making and product innovation
Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and external engagements to promote brand visibility and thought leadership
Report regularly to the Board on company performance, opportunities, challenges, and strategic direction
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and healthcare data privacy requirements (e.g., DOH, FDA, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications (education & Background)
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or Engineering
At least 10-12 years of progressive leadership experience, with strong exposure to the healthcare, medical technology, or IT sectors
Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and organizational leadership
