Leads long-range business planning and overall Operations strategy.
Oversees warehouse operations, efficiency, and performance.
Acts as approver for warehouse inventory and reconciliation.
Recommends and drives continuous business and process improvements for Operations and warehouse functions.
Admin / People Management
Oversees administrative and operations support staff.
Ensures effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and staff programs.
Visual Merchandising
Oversees visual merchandising strategies and execution across all retail locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and enhancing in-store presentation.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years work experience in Operations within a retail or FMCG company.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with a systematic work approach.
Demonstrates both charismatic and pragmatic leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Willing to provide operational support beyond regular hours when business needs require, including occasional weekends.
