• Have handled at least 150 FTEs
• Should have Collections Account experience
• Must be willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne. Dayshift Account.
• Can join ASAP.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Collections (B2C or B2B)

Strong ability to plan and execute collection strategies

Hands-on in performance management, not just reporting

Experience in:

Portfolio segmentation

Contact strategy planning

Coaching and performance calibration

Comfortable working closely with Operations, QA, Dialer, and WFM

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to improve penetration and saturation

Ensure full account coverage and optimal contact frequency

Monitor performance trends and take corrective actions

Translate metrics into clear, actionable plans for the team

Actively participate in execution, coaching, and continuous improvement
