Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our business process outsourcing operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to improve operational performance and productivity
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for operational activities
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Proficiency in project management and operational planning tools
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
  • Adaptability and resilience in handling complex, dynamic business environments
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
