About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Delivery Specialist to join our team on-site. In this role, you will take a leading position in designing, delivering, and optimizing our voice automation products. You will work hands-on with prompting, coding, and building complex automated robotsespecially those integrated with our Llama-based bot system. This role focuses on deep technical execution and cross-team collaboration, without management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Advanced Robot Development: Design, build, and optimize complex functional robots, including scripting, prompting, and Text-to-Speech (TTS) adjustments.
- Llama Bot Prompting: Develop, refine, and maintain high-quality prompts for our Llama-powered bot to enhance accuracy, performance, and conversational capability.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams to scope, design, and implement automation solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track robot performance, identify issues, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Delivery Ownership: Manage delivery timelines, communicate status updates, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Investigate operational issues, analyze data, and propose scalable improvements.
- Product & Operational Support: Contribute to product planning, assist with technical tasks, and support initiatives that improve overall efficiency and performance.
- User Experience Optimization: Collect feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to maximize user satisfaction.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, automation, or related technical roles.
- Strong prompting and coding skills with the ability to build advanced automated systems.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Fast learner who embraces continuous improvement, iteration, and innovation.
- Not a management roleideal for someone who wants to stay hands-on and technically focused.
