What You'll Do:

  • Utilise & comply with all relevant NRI methodologies, standards, processes & procedures
  • Maintain current levels of documentation as per contractual obligations
  • Meet customer SLAs
  • Achieve your project & support deliverables
  • Ensure all interactions with customers, NRI & 3rd parties are supportive & professional
  • Perform network & security administration, patching, monitoring, implementation & support services across the following capabilities

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 6 years experience as a Network Engineer in a managed service environment or large government agency.
  • Proven experience developing, operating & maintaining network systems relating to:
  • Meraki switches, Palo Alto Firewall/routers & Cisco routers
  • Teams conferencing
  • Assorted video conferencing solutions - Teams, Jabra, Cisco
  • Proficiency in networking technologies, network security & network monitoring solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple vendor equipment
  • Ability to produce high quality documentation
  • Ability to analyse complex technical issues & develop effective solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to present to the customer
  • Relevant Industry aligned certifications, CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, ITIL highly desirable
