About the RoleSixLakes Consulting is seeking a Senior NetSuite Technical Consultant to join our growing team on a contract full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic client environments and has deep technical knowledge with integrations and SuiteScript development. The position comes with guaranteed hours to ensure schedule stability. This role will be front end facing the client, but will also complete back-end development and integrations. Integrations will primarily be completed within Celigo or Workato. Must be willing to work North America Timezones.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through clear communication, timely updates, and proactive support.
- Project Coordination: Own the scheduling and facilitation of meetings, tracking action items, and managing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- SuiteScript Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations using SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, and 2.1 to meet unique business needs.
- NetSuite Administration: Manage system configuration, user roles/permissions, saved searches, dashboards, custom records, workflows, and reporting.
- Systems Integration: Lead end-to-end integration efforts, with hands-on experience using Celigo or Workato; contribute to planning, execution, testing, and support phases.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear and thorough technical documentation, including development specs, test plans, deployment notes, and client-facing materials.
- Process Optimization: Identify improvement opportunities within NetSuite and connected systems; recommend scalable and efficient solutions.
- Post-Implementation Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-deployment; enhance existing solutions based on evolving client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, cohesive solutions.
Requirements- 3+ years of NetSuite experience with a focus on technical development and client-facing project work.
- Advanced proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, and 2.1 for scripting, customizations, and automation.
- Proven experience completing integrations using platforms such as Celigo, Workato, Boomi, or Mulesoft.
- Experience with NetSuite administration including roles/permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and system configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, manage client communication, and coordinate schedules effectively.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative mindset, capable of translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in remote consulting environments with clients across various industries and time zones.
- Nice to have web development experience. Experienced in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.
- Nice to have AWS development experience.
- Nice to have Python development experience.
