Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused NetSuite Consultant who can own end-to-end implementations, translate business needs into effective system solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and financial knowledge with clear communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving successful outcomes for U.S.-based clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client needs and manage the full lifecycle of NetSuite implementations.

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design customized NetSuite solutions tailored to their specific business needs.

- Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of NetSuite solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

- Work closely with client teams to train and guide them on the effective use of NetSuite applications.

- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions and recommendations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation projects, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in NetSuite implementations, with a demonstrated ability to manage the process from start to finish.

- Generalist expertise across all areas of NetSuite, including but not limited to CRM, ERP, and financial management modules.

- Strong experience with ARM (Advanced revenue management)

- Experience working with clients in diverse industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, and software.

- Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike or Monday, and proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to work in US time zones and manage projects for clients primarily based in the US.

- Preferred: Background in accounting or related field; CPA certification is a plus, but not required.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
