  • Offline Design & Execution
  • Design POS materials, merchant collaterals, promotional banners, event displays, and experiential activations.
  • Work with vendors and production teams to ensure high-quality offline output.
  • Ensure offline assets reflect brand standards and campaign messaging.
  • Offsite Digital Marketing Support
  • Create visual assets for off-app channels: social media campaigns, display ads, web banners, email campaigns, partner co-branded materials.
  • Adapt campaign concepts from digital-first or app campaigns to offsite channels while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work closely with marketing and digital teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives.
  • Campaign Strategy & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchant growth, and product teams to conceptualize creative ideas for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Support the execution of promotions, launches, and merchant engagement initiatives across offline and offsite channels.
  • Optimize creative assets based on performance metrics and channel-specific requirements
  • Brand Consistency & Innovation
  • Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all offline and offsite touchpoints.
  • Bring innovative ideas for experiential offline campaigns and offsite digital marketing visuals
  • Production & Project Management
  • Manage timelines, proofs, and quality checks for both offline and offsite creative outputs.
  • Coordinate with agencies, printers, and other external vendors when required.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across offline and external digital marketing assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/Canva for digital assets.
  • Understanding of print production, social media formats, web banners, and email marketing design.
  • Experience in fintech, retail, or FMCG brands with multi-channel campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising best practices (social ads, display, email, partnership channels).
  • Ability to conceptualize campaigns that work cohesively across offline and digital channels.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of experiential marketing or spatial design is a plus.
  • Creativity and adaptability across offline and offsite channels.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration and communication skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
