Role : Senior Multimedia Designer
A successful Senior Multimedia Designer will lead by example. You collaborate with other team members to leverage data insights in the creative process. You will approach all creative with a data-driven design approach to ideate and develop campaigns that align with our client and partner goals. You will play a significant role in influencing overall campaign strategy and creative innovation.
- This role has a strong emphasis on motion graphics and video editing
- At least 2 years of prior experience designing ads for Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Tiktok, Youtube or other ad platforms
- Proven experience in designing motion graphics, videos ads and static graphics that are part of successful marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with other team members to apply data insights to new creative assets or improve existing creative assets
- Leverage A.I tools in the creative process to improve production quality and timelines
- Supervise and coach junior designers to develop effective creative assets
- Follow and enforce brand guidelines for clients and partners
- QA and ensure brand consistency throughout campaigns
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
Requirements for this role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma and AI creative tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout
- Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of design across mediums is required in the interview process
Important Note: This role is remote, but will require two to three onsite team wide meetings per month within Makati, Pasig or Taguig.
